Cairkan Elmer dark ghana &amp;amp; australian butter, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;2. Kocok gula halus &amp;amp; telur sampai rata ( sebentar saja, tidak perlu mengembang)&lt;br /&gt;3.Tambahkan campuran elmer dark ghana &amp;amp; australian butter dan tepung terigu, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt; 4. Tuang kedalam loyang uk 30x40 cm yang sudah dialasi kertas.&lt;br /&gt;5. Ratakan adonan, taburi slice almond, kemudian potong2 ukuran 2x5cm.&lt;br /&gt;6. Masukkan yoghurt, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;    Tambahkan tepung terigu &amp;amp; baking powder yang diayak, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;    Masukkan poppysed, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;    Lalu padatkan dan bulatkan, gulung bentuk memanjang,  tutup dengan plastik.&lt;br /&gt;    Bekukan dalam kulkas selama 30 menit.&lt;br /&gt;2. Kocok Bahan II untuk margarin dan gula palem selama 30 detik.&lt;br /&gt;    Tambahkan kuning telur, kocok rata.  Masukkan tepung sambil diaduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;    Giling tipis adonan, balutkan di bahan I,    bekukan.&lt;br /&gt;    Masukkan dalam kulkas selama 30 menit.&lt;br /&gt;3. Potong-potong adonan, letakkan diloyang yang telah dipoles margarin&lt;br /&gt;4. Kocok margarin dan gula tepung 30 detik&lt;br /&gt;2. Tambahkan selai jeruk, kocok rata.Masukkan kuning telur, kocok rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tepung terigu, garam &amp;amp; mentega beku di cincang dengan pisau pastry.&lt;br /&gt;2. Lalu masukkan air es sedikit2 sampai adonan tercampur dan menyatu.&lt;br /&gt;3. Uleni sampai kalis, bungkus plastik, diamkan 15 menit di lemari es.&lt;br /&gt;4. Giling adonan +/- 0,5 cm (sesuai selera), pipihkan dalam&lt;br /&gt;cetakan pie, ratakan&lt;br /&gt;5. Tusuk2 dasar pie, panggang 180 derajat celcius +/- 10 menit atau&lt;br /&gt;hingga 1/2 matang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Isi :&lt;br /&gt;100   gr smoked beef potong kotak2 /memanjang, sesuai selera&lt;br /&gt;1/2 buah bawang bombay cincang kasar&lt;br /&gt;50 gram jamur kancing potong tipis2&lt;br /&gt;1  sdm mentega untuk menumis&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Saus :&lt;br /&gt;100 ml susu UHT&lt;br /&gt;1 butir telur, kocok lepas&lt;br /&gt;1/4 sdt pala bubuk&lt;br /&gt;1/4 sdt lada bubuk&lt;br /&gt;1/2 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara :&lt;br /&gt;1. Tumis bawang bombay dengan mentega hingga layu, matikan api.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan smoked beef dan jamur kancing, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan bahan saus, aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;4. Tuang kedalam mangkok Pie.&lt;br /&gt;5. Kocok mentega dengan kuning telur sampai tercampur rata.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tambahkan tepung terigu, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tambahkan Keju edam/parmesan yang sudah di parut kasar, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;4. Bentuk &amp;amp; poles dengan kuning telur, taburi dengan keju parut/parmesan.&lt;br /&gt;5. Margarine+butter+terigu di campur trus diuleni sampe berbutir,kalo dgn pisau pastry lbh ok. kalo ngulen dgn tangan jangan lama2 ya karena di takutkan panas dari tangan akan mempengaruhi kelembutan kulit pie.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tambahkan SKM…diuleni lagi….lalu masukan kuning telur satu persatu…uleni lagi&lt;br /&gt;3. Siapkan cetakan pie….sebelumnya oleasi dengan margarine tipis2 pake kuas.&lt;br /&gt;4. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cara Membuat nya:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Putih telur dikocok dgn mixer sampai rata&lt;br /&gt;dgn gula pasir, masukkan COT dan air perasan jeruk lemon. mixer ampe kaku.&lt;br /&gt;lalu semprotkan diatas kulit pie yang sudah matang.&lt;br /&gt;Caranya : masukan meringue ke dalam palastik segitiga, gunting ujungnya…semprotkan dengan posisi lurus…bentuk jambul yang dibuat tinggi&lt;br /&gt;Lalu taburi dengan dusting sugar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;panggang lagi selama 1 menit aja dengan suhu 230…ampe ujung2nya keliatan coklat&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#ff0000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt; Kuliti bagian bawah cake&lt;br /&gt;2. Oleasi dengan strawberry Jam(bisa diganti dengan rasa lain),tipis2 aja&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. Setelah cake dingin, lalu gulung, padatkan -step buat bolu gulung-&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4. Potong2 kira lebar 2 cm&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Bolu gulung (sponge cake) yg sudah disiapkan -&lt;span style="color:#000099;"&gt;Resep sponge cake diatas&lt;/span&gt;-&lt;br /&gt;40 buah almunium foil cup&lt;br /&gt;Buah strawberry dan anggur untuk hiasan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;*&gt; Bahan Vla :&lt;br /&gt;700 ml susu cair&lt;br /&gt;40 gr maizena&lt;br /&gt;150 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;dimixer :&lt;br /&gt;6 butir kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;50 gr butter&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;*&gt; Bahan Puding susu, dimasak diatas kompor, lalu masukan bahan yg dimixer&lt;br /&gt;1 ltr susu cair 1 bungkus agar2 putih&lt;br /&gt;100 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;dimixer :&lt;br /&gt;6 butir kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;100 gr SKM&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;1. &lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;Vla&lt;/span&gt; : Cairkan Maizena dengan 200 ml susu cair. Masukan kuning telur, aduk rata. Sisihkan&lt;br /&gt;Lalu Panaskan 500 ml susu cair dengan gula sampai hampir mendidih sambil di aduk.&lt;br /&gt;Masukan campuran maizena kedalam campuran susu &amp;amp; gula secara sekaligus, aduk cepat sampai&lt;br /&gt;mengental dan meletup-letup. Masukan butter &amp;amp; Rhum, aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukan ke dalam almunium foil cup, 2 sendok makan aja&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. Setelah vla dingin-di suhu ruang-, lalu masukan bolu gulungnya pas ditengah2 cupnya&lt;br /&gt;4. Susun potongan buahnya diatas bolu gulungnya…agar tampilan lebih cantik&lt;br /&gt;5. Siram dengan pudding susunya sampe bolgulnya terendam…biarkan dingin&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;6. Siapkan loyang ukuran 22 x 22 tinggi 4 atau 6 cm (2 buah), lapisi alasnya dgn kertas roti&lt;br /&gt;2. Campur Kuning telur+antero+gula pasir+SP sampai mengembang&lt;br /&gt;3. Tambahkan 2 sdm SKM….lalu mixer sampai jambul petruk&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukan terigu selang seling dengan margarine cair&lt;br /&gt;5. Aduk/Mixer dengan kecepatan rendah&lt;br /&gt;6. Pisahkan adonan menjadi 2 bagian (sama banyak)&lt;br /&gt;7. Adonan 1 : masukan coklat yg sdh dicaikan, aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;8. Adonan 2 : masukan vanilla cair, aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;9. Tuang masing2 adonan ke loyang yg sudah disediakan&lt;br /&gt;10. Panggang pada suhu 180 selama 15-20 menit, dengan api bawah&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;Lapisan Agar 1 :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Dimasak diatas kompor :&lt;br /&gt;1 bks agar2 putih&lt;br /&gt;100 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;500 gr susu cair&lt;br /&gt;2 tetes pewarna hijau&lt;br /&gt;2 tetes essence rasa mint (boleh di ganti dengan essence yg lain)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#cc0000;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;dikocok sampe kaku :&lt;br /&gt;4 butir putih telur&lt;br /&gt;50 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;Lapisan Agar 2 :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Dimasak diatas kompor :&lt;br /&gt;1 bks agar2 putih&lt;br /&gt;100 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;750 ml susu cair&lt;br /&gt;2 tetes essence rasa strawberry&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;dikocok sampe tercampur :&lt;br /&gt;4 butir kuning telur&lt;br /&gt;150 gr SKM&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;Lapisan Agar 3 (Lapisan paling atas) -putih-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dimasak diatas kompor :&lt;br /&gt;1 bks agar2 putih&lt;br /&gt;150 gr gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;750 ml air putih&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;Buat hiasan :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Beberapa Strawberry, Anggur dan buah ceri hijau&lt;br /&gt;cara membuat :&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Lapisan 1 dimasak diatas kompor dengan api kecil, caranya : campur susu &amp;amp; agar2, masukan 2 tetes&lt;br /&gt;pewarna hijau, aduk pelan2 sampai mendidih. Angkat.&lt;br /&gt;2. Putih telor &amp;amp; gula pasir dikocok sampe kaku, baru masukkan essence dan agar-agar yang sudah&lt;br /&gt;dimasak, sambil disendoki, lalu mixer pelan2 sampai tercampur, angkat&lt;br /&gt;3. Siapkan loyang, masukan adonan lapisan 1 ke dalam dasar loyang, dinginkan&lt;br /&gt;4. Masukan sponge cake coklat diatas lapisan 1 yg sudah setengah beku…&lt;br /&gt;Jangan lupa kulit cake bagian atasnya dikupas…supaya agar2nya menempel&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. Buat lapisan 2….lalu setelah larutan dingin, tuangi ke atas sponge dengan sendok&lt;br /&gt;6. Setelah lapisan ke 2 setengah beku, masukan lagi sponge cake vanilla diatasnya&lt;br /&gt;Jangan lupa , kulit cake nya di kupas juga….&lt;br /&gt;Karena ukuran tinggi loyang lebih pendek, diakali pakai kadus disekelilingnya…&lt;br /&gt;7. Lalu susun dengan cantik buah yg akan disiram dibagian atas cake vanilla itu&lt;br /&gt;8. Masak lapisan ke 3, lalu biarkan sampai larutan dingin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a name="0.1_6"&gt;Page 6&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;9. Lalu tuangi ke atas susunan buah2 itu, jangan lupa, adonan bening ini dalam keadaan setengah beku,&lt;br /&gt;jadi ngga nyerep ke dalam cake&lt;br /&gt;10. Masukan ke lemari es….kurleb ½ jam. Lalu keluarkan. Lepaskan kardus pinggirannya,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#3333ff;"&gt;Catatan khusus dari Nenis : &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sewaktu latbar, menurut saya ada yg terlewat…yaitu, dasar loyang harus dialasi plastik yg ujung2nya&lt;br /&gt;menjuntai ke pinggir luar loyang, agar setelah pudding beku, gampang dikeluarkan dari loyang.
